Delete your account & data

Serpent Drift does not require an account to play. If you signed in with Google Play Games, an account is identified only by your Play Games player ID (guests are identified by an anonymous device ID). Here is how to delete that account and all data associated with it.

Delete your leaderboard data and account (in-game)

Open the game and go to Settings → Game → “My leaderboard data”, then choose “Delete my data”. This permanently removes the account and everything we store about you:

  • your player profile and display name on our leaderboards
  • all of your leaderboard entries (times and scores)
  • the stored run recordings used to verify your best times

Your runs are removed from the public leaderboards immediately. This action is irreversible.

Delete your cloud save

Your game progress and settings are stored as a Google Play “Saved Game” (Snapshot) tied to your Google account. You can delete it at any time from within Google Play Games (Play Games app → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, or the saved-games management screen for this game).

Reset local progress

Progress and settings stored only on your device can be reset from Settings inside the game, or by uninstalling the app.

Data we retain

After deletion we keep no leaderboard data tied to you. We do not store your email address or any contact details, so there is nothing else linked to your identity to retain. Crash and diagnostics reports (Firebase) are aggregated and expire automatically; they are not used to re-identify you.

Can’t open the app?

If you can no longer access the game, email us and we will delete your data for you. Please include your Google Play Games player ID (or, for guests, the device/guest ID shown in the game) so we can locate the right account:
