Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Serpent Drift for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game and its content remain our property.

The leaderboards are competitive, so fair play matters. You agree not to:

• Cheat, tamper with the game, or submit falsified or manipulated runs. Submissions are verified server-side; runs that fail verification are rejected and may be removed.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the game except where the law expressly allows it.
• Use bots, automation or exploits to gain leaderboard advantage.
• Choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes others’ rights.
• Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or restrict access for accounts that break these rules.

You can play as a guest or sign in with Google Play Games. Signing in lets us save your progress to the cloud and identify you on the leaderboards. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. See our Privacy Policy for what data this involves.

The game may include a life/energy system and optional in-app purchases or ad-supported rewards. Any virtual items (such as energy) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you for use within the game only. Purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple); refunds are handled according to that store’s policy and applicable consumer law.

The game is supported by advertising. By playing you acknowledge that ads may be shown, including optional rewarded ads you can watch to gain in-game benefits.

We may update, change or discontinue the game, levels, or leaderboards at any time, including for maintenance. We do not guarantee that the game or its online features will always be available.

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
